Project Overview
This project involves the establishment of a logistics warehousing and distribution centre in northern Jiangsu Province. Spanning 100 mu (approximately 6.7 hectares), the facility boasts a total floor area of 35,000 square meters. It is designed to handle daily shipments of 150,000 small parcels and 3,000 cubic meters of bulky goods. The centre achieves an average cost reduction of ¥0.2 per parcel and a 20% decrease in overall logistics expenses, with future plans to serve the entire northern Jiangsu region.

    Requires integration of multiple devices such as stacker cranes, shuttle systems, and conveyors, alongside seamless interfacing with software systems like WMS and WCS to ensure coordinated equipment operation and smooth data exchange.

Integrated with warehouse management software for unified scheduling, this created a digital stacker crane high-bay warehouse system, a four-way box high-speed automated storage system, and an intelligent distribution centre logistics conveying and sorting system.The overall operational workflow of the distribution centre became more flexible and high-speed, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.

This project marks the first deployment of 24-metre-tall stacker cranes in northern Jiangsu, complemented by multi-level shuttles and four-way shuttle vehicles, elevating storage space utilization to 95%.The project incorporates CNANC’s proprietary automated warehouse information management system, deeply integrating the core functions of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Equipment Monitoring and Dispatch System (WCS). Designed around the principle of "distributed deployment, unified dispatch", it can boost warehousing efficiency by over 40%.
