Electric Roller SorterThe electric roller sorter system achieves 90° right-angle transfer of goods through the interactive lifting of rollers and belts. It is suitable for track-changing and track-parallel conveying of all boxes, containers, and items with flat bottoms. -
Pop-up Wheel SorterThe pop-up wheel sorter is an automated sorting device designed for material processing. Positioned between roller conveyors, it works in tandem with the conveyor system. The unit consists of a frame, conveyor assembly, and lifting mechanism. The sorter employs a matrix-arranged guide wheel system, with guide wheels mounted on the frame. The frame is driven by a motor, swing arm, and linkage mechanism to oscillate vertically, thereby adjusting the conveying direction of the guide wheels and enabling material diversion. -
Swing Wheel SorterThe swing wheel can position grouped loads at various angles on side tracks leading to the right or left, particularly suitable for smooth-bottomed grouped loads. It can be used as an independent module with conveyors and flexibly deployed on conveyor lines as needed. -
Cross-belt SorterA cross-belt sorter consists of dozens to hundreds of conveyor carts arranged in a perpendicular cross pattern relative to the main direction. During operation, items to be sorted are loaded onto the conveyor belt either manually or via automated loading. When the carts reach their designated sorting positions, the control system triggers the belt to complete the sorting and discharge process.
