Project Overview
This project represents CNANC Intelligent's first overseas smart warehousing initiative, developed in collaboration with a leading linear drive technology enterprise. The automated storage area spans approximately 2,500 square meters with capacity for 9,440 pallet positions. Unlike conventional warehousing models, this facility achieves fully automated operations for raw material/finished product intake, dispatch, and internal handling.

Solutions
Deploying five 20-metre high stacker cranes, RGV shuttles, AGV transport robots, and a full suite of roller/chain conveyors to establish a seamless collaborative network of "automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) + conveyor lines + intelligent terminals". The AS/RS achieves a composite cycle efficiency of 199 pallets per hour for storage/retrieval operations, while the logistics system delivers a composite handling efficiency of 120 pallets per hour.
The software control system utilizes the automated vertical warehouse information management system independently developed by CNANC Intelligence, seamlessly integrating two major management systems—WMS and WCS. It supports three-language switching (Chinese, English, and Hungarian) and real-time synchronization with the client's proprietary MES system, achieving millisecond-level synchronization of order data, inventory information, and equipment status. The user interface is designed with European user habits in mind, offering a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
All equipment in this project strictly adheres to EU CE certification standards. To meet EU environmental requirements, traditional acid washing processes have been eliminated in favour of shot blasting for rust removal combined with constant-temperature electrostatic powder coating, delivering a more environmentally sustainable solution.
