Pop-up Wheel Sorter
The pop-up wheel sorter is an automated sorting device designed for material processing. Positioned between roller conveyors, it works in tandem with the conveyor system. The unit consists of a frame, conveyor assembly, and lifting mechanism. The sorter employs a matrix-arranged guide wheel system, with guide wheels mounted on the frame. The frame is driven by a motor, swing arm, and linkage mechanism to oscillate vertically, thereby adjusting the conveying direction of the guide wheels and enabling material diversion.
