Cross-belt Sorter
A cross-belt sorter consists of dozens to hundreds of conveyor carts arranged in a perpendicular cross pattern relative to the main direction. During operation, items to be sorted are loaded onto the conveyor belt either manually or via automated loading. When the carts reach their designated sorting positions, the control system triggers the belt to complete the sorting and discharge process.
