The client of this project is a large metal packaging manufacturing enterprise. In response to their storage needs for aluminum coils and finished products, a customized ultra high and heavy-duty stacker crane has been developed, which has the following core characteristics:

Ultra high lifting, ultimate space utilization: Operating at a height of 30 meters, breaking through the conventional limitations of heavy loads and excessive height, fully utilizing three-dimensional space, and increasing warehouse storage capacity by more than 40%; Especially suitable for the storage needs of land scarcity and high-altitude development in Southeast Asia and other regions.

Overweight design, stable load-bearing capacity: With a rated load of 15 tons, it can easily handle raw material pallets weighing up to 10 tons in projects, solving the problem of automated handling of heavy goods.

Versatile compatibility and flexible adaptation: Supports single depth/double depth cargo and adapts to a full range of specifications from standard pallets (1220 × 1016mm) to oversized pallets (2000 × 2000mm), easily handling various material storage scenarios such as finished products, empty pallets, and raw materials.

1. Multiple safety protection: Adopting a multiple safety protection system, including laser positioning speed limit, visual inspection, high-altitude anti sway, stall limit, rope breakage protection and other devices, to ensure zero risk during 30 meter high-altitude operations;

2. Efficient operation capability: The equipment maintains high-speed and efficient operation even under ultra-high and overweight conditions. The project is also equipped with a high-speed logistics system for ultra heavy loads, with a total warehouse efficiency of 260 pallets/h.

3. Intelligent control system: Equipped with Siemens S7-1500 series PLC, millisecond level communication is achieved through PROFINET bus, and with laser ranging and positioning, the accuracy can reach ± 3mm;

4. Stable operation design: The double column steel structure is welded as a whole, with a 50% increase in torsional strength, suitable for extreme environments ranging from -10 ℃ to 40 ℃, ensuring stable operation 365 days a year;

5. Flexible scheduling capability: supports multiple modes such as manual, automatic, and online, and can seamlessly integrate with WMS/WCS and ERP systems to achieve collaborative operation of multiple stacker cranes;

6. Low noise and energy-saving operation: The high-speed operation noise is ≤ 75dB, and the variable frequency drive system is 20% more energy-efficient than traditional equipment, balancing high efficiency and environmental protection.
